Job description
Overview
This role entails leading and inspiring a sales team focused on life insurance products. The Team Leader will oversee the achievement of targeted sales goals, manage customer interactions, and foster strong team dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed set life insurance sales targets.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Supervise and monitor team performance to identify areas for improvement and success.
- Guide team members through coaching, training, and support to enhance their productivity.
- Initiate new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality service standards at all customer touchpoints.
Additional Information
The position offers a monthly remuneration range between 15,000 and 50,000 Indian Rupees depending on experience and performance.
