This program positions you as a Key Account Manager for East Africa, where your role involves scouting new business avenues within targeted industries, crafting and executing sales strategies, cultivating robust client relationships, and driving acquisition and retention. As part of SKF, a globally leading player, you will contribute to business expansion while joining a dedicated team.
Program Structure
Over a 9-month acceleration period, you'll undergo a comprehensive 360-degree learning journey across SKF's European and African locations. This includes exposure to commercial operations, technical services, manufacturing, and direct engagement with customers. The experience covers diverse industries and business roles, equipping you to become a thoroughly developed sales expert.
What We Expect
- Possession of a Master’s degree or equivalent in fields like engineering, business, international trade, or entrepreneurship, complemented by extracurricular engagement.
- A proven history of being results-driven and innovative.
- International and multicultural exposure.
- Between zero and two years of professional experience post-master's degree.
- Fluency in English at a professional working level.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
