About the Role
Join a prominent faith-inspired healthcare network in Colorado as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This position offers a chance to collaborate with a mission-driven national healthcare system dedicated to compassionate, holistic care across Colorado and beyond. The role is ideal for high-volume agency recruiters seeking to transition into an in-house environment.
Location and Schedule
The position is hybrid based in Greenwood Village, CO (Denver Tech Center). Initial training will take place in Orlando, FL for one week. Work schedule consists of remote work on Mondays and Fridays, in-office work on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and site visits across local partner sites on Wednesdays.
Compensation
The pay rate ranges from $22 to $42 per hour, depending on experience. The anticipated start date is August 31.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to evaluate staffing needs, analyze attrition, and support staffing for new programs.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to keep vacancies low and ensure timely hiring.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviewing, and evaluation using behavioral techniques, resume reviews, and credential verification.
- Manage job offer formulation including sign-on bonuses and relocation packages; handle counter-offers and onboarding procedures.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate tracking within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Understand corporate benefits, compensation, and incentive programs to effectively advise candidates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR; alternatively, high school diploma or GED with 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in high-volume recruiting in dynamic settings.
- Excellent customer service skills, account management capabilities, and strong interpersonal communication.
- Ability to work independently and adapt rapidly to changes in recruitment processes.
- Technical proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Recruiting Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using AI tools in talent acquisition is a plus.
Preferred Attributes
- Background in healthcare recruitment or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO).
- Experience transitioning from agency recruiting to a corporate environment.
- Professional certifications such as HCI, NAHCR, RACR, SHRM-CP, or PHR.
Additional Information
