Role Overview
As Johnson Controls expands, they seek a seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner to join their accomplished Talent Acquisition team. This role involves full ownership of recruitment processes across Australia, collaborating closely with business leaders, HR partners, and hiring managers to secure top candidates who contribute to organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and hiring managers to craft recruitment strategies that support business goals.
- Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from job requisition initiation to candidate onboarding.
- Serve as a strategic advisor by utilizing talent market data and insights to guide hiring choices and enhance recruitment outcomes.
- Actively source and engage talent through diverse channels including direct sourcing, referrals, social media, and talent networks.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improving hiring efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure an outstanding experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Represent the organization at recruitment events, career fairs, and networking functions to build talent pipelines and enhance market presence.
- Lead initiatives focused on employer branding, diversity and inclusion, graduate recruitment, process improvement, and recruitment technology optimization.
- Promote best recruitment practices by utilizing tools like Workday and advanced sourcing technologies to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum five years' experience in Talent Acquisition within either in-house teams or recruitment agencies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end hiring processes across multiple functions and stakeholder groups.
- Experience in sectors such as building technologies, industrial, engineering, manufacturing, construction, or infrastructure is highly preferred.
- Strong consultative approach with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across organizational levels.
- Adept at operating in a dynamic, fast-paced, and matrixed environment with competing priorities.
- Track record of meeting recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate experience, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, project management, and organizational capabilities.
- Proactive problem-solver with a dedication to continuous improvement and superior recruitment outcomes.
