Role Overview

The System Administrator position is a full-time, remote opportunity at The Doyen Agency. This role involves maintaining and supporting the agency's technological infrastructure by managing servers and systems, monitoring performance, ensuring IT resource reliability and security, diagnosing and resolving technical problems, supporting team members, and liaising with vendors as necessary. Additional responsibilities include network administration, applying system updates and backups, and supporting ongoing improvements of IT processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Proficient in system administration tasks including server management, user account handling, and system configuration.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and providing technical support for hardware and software issues, with thorough documentation.
• Experience in network administration encompassing basic setup, oversight, and upkeep of network devices.
• Strong information technology knowledge, including familiarity with operating systems, security protocols, and cloud-based software tools.
• Experience using remote work applications, collaboration platforms, and ticketing systems is advantageous.
• Excellent communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and self-motivation to work effectively in a remote setting.
• Preferably holds a degree or certification in IT, Computer Science, or related fields, or equivalent hands-on experience.
