Role Summary
As the Global Clinical Distribution Lead, you will handle diverse responsibilities aligned with your expertise and business demands. Your primary focus includes ensuring timely delivery of clinical trial supplies, collaborating across teams, and overseeing operational and system issues affecting shipment performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage on-time delivery performance within the distribution network to fulfill study protocols and patient needs.
- Engage actively in Protocol Execution Teams, Global Supply Execution Teams, and other distribution-related meetings representing the supply chain function.
- Lead resolution efforts for operational and system challenges in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate depot supply operations alongside Clinical Demand and Supply Leader and related partners.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at process improvements supporting global distribution strategies.
- Perform accurate execution and diagnostics within the CLARA system at both first and second-level support.
- Operate under GMP-compliant conditions, adhering strictly to established quality standards and procedures.
- Process quality events including incidents, CAPAs, and planned changes as applicable.

Qualifications and Experience
- Strong proficiency and experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Familiarity with cross-functional, cross-cultural environments and agile work models.
- Two to four years of experience related to clinical trial management, logistics, warehouse, or other supply chain roles, especially in biotech or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Academic credentials including a degree (BA, BS, MS, or MBA) in Business Operations, Supply Chain Management, Biotechnology, or equivalent.
- Additional certifications such as APICS, SCOR, or training in Operational Excellence, Six Sigma, or Lean methodologies are advantageous.

This role requires working within controlled Good Manufacturing Practice environments and supports continuous process improvements while maintaining compliance with all procedural requirements.
