Role Overview

The Strategy and Operations Manager plays a pivotal role within the Operations team, reporting to the Director of Strategy and Operations. This position is instrumental in leading cross-functional strategic projects and enhancing operational efficiency to facilitate scalable growth, acting as a key thought partner to the executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate the company-wide strategic planning, aligning business objectives with operational execution.
• Identify and address operational inefficiencies by collaborating across teams to create scalable processes.
• Prepare business cases, perform market research, and conduct analyses to support strategic investments and alliances.
• Support the Vice President of Strategy and Operations and the Chief Business Officer by translating strategic vision into actionable plans.
• Manage essential metrics and dashboards to promote decisions founded on data insights.
• Lead special initiatives involving international growth, sales strategies, organizational structuring, and process improvement.
• Work in partnership with various departments to maintain operational harmony and meet deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience either from a leading consulting firm with a minimum of two years or a strategic/operational role in a fast-paced tech company with prior consulting experience.
• Strong strategic thinking, business insight, and troubleshooting aptitude with a demonstrated history of successfully directing multi-department projects from concept through completion.
• Adaptability to work effectively in a fast-evolving, international environment.
• Superior communication skills with an ability to persuade top executives and synchronize teams.
• Proven experience working closely with executive leadership and providing reports at board level.
• Residency in North or South America with willingness to travel occasionally.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this position is between $125,000 and $150,000 annually.
