Role Summary
The Senior Executive role focuses on accelerating company growth by forming and managing strategic partnerships. Responsibilities involve identifying prospective partners like card schemes, payment brands, PSPs, financial institutions, technology providers, and SaaS companies. The role acts as a liaison between partners and KPay’s internal divisions, including Product, Operations, Compliance, Sales, and Marketing, to develop joint market entry strategies and foster mutual revenue growth.
Key Duties
- Identify and evaluate potential high-impact partners aligned with KPay’s local market strategies.
- Lead negotiations from initial contact to contract finalization, conveying clear value propositions.
- Understand partner business operations to design mutually advantageous partnership frameworks such as revenue-sharing or tech integrations.
- Manage partner onboarding processes in coordination with Product and other stakeholders.
- Maintain ongoing account management by conducting performance reviews and exploring upselling or cross-selling prospects.
- Analyze industry trends and competition to inform partnership strategies and optimize payment solutions.
- Seek and negotiate incentive programs and marketing funds to enhance company profitability.
- Collaborate with partner marketing and sales teams to roll out joint campaigns, co-branded initiatives, and enable sales efforts focused on merchant acquisition.
- Represent partner interests internally and communicate KPay's expectations externally to ensure contract compliance and service quality.
- Work closely with Legal and Compliance to align partnership contracts and onboarding with regulatory and risk standards.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related disciplines.
- At least one year of relevant experience in partnership management, business development, preferably in fintech, payments, or financial services.
- Self-driven with a strong growth-oriented mindset and ability to work independently under deadlines.
- Proficient negotiation and analytical abilities, including financial modeling, profit and loss oversight, and data-informed decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and presentation proficiency to influence internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Strong project management skills capable of overseeing multiple campaigns concurrently.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are essential.
