About the Role
We are looking for a meticulous and organized Storekeeper to oversee daily warehouse and store activities at our Riyadh location. This role involves managing the receipt, storage, inventory control, and distribution of materials efficiently while maintaining accurate records. The Storekeeper will support production needs and ensure all warehouse operations conform to company policies and health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery notes to ensure accuracy.
- Manage the processing of material receipts, dispatches, discrepancies, and handling of damaged goods according to established company procedures.
- Store materials correctly in designated areas utilizing proper storage methods.
- Issue materials based on approved requests and delivery documentation with precision.
- Report any damaged, missing, or non-compliant materials to the Warehouse Officer for follow-up actions.
- Maintain precise inventory records and update ERP/SAP systems in a timely manner.
- Monitor stock quantities and aid in replenishment efforts to sustain optimal inventory levels.
- Conduct routine stock counts and actively participate in periodic inventory audits.
- Ensure correct storage and careful handling of raw materials, consumables, tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety and operational protocols.
- Assist daily warehouse workflows to guarantee smooth material movement supporting production and operations.
- Collaborate closely with Procurement, Production, and Supply Chain departments to fulfill operational demands.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, warehouse procedures, and health, safety, and environmental guidelines at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- 2 to 3 years of solid experience in warehouse, inventory, or store management within manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Proven familiarity with handling materials, stock control, warehouse operations, and inventory processes.
- Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems is highly advantageous.
