About the Role

Join Mountain Warehouse as a Store Manager in Papamoa, Bay of Plenty, New Zealand, spearheading a new store launch within our New Zealand Retail division. Primary Duties

• Lead and inspire the team to excel, promoting a positive and collaborative culture aligned with shared goals.
• Resolve team conflicts sensitively, supporting development and fostering clear communication across all levels.
• Equip employees with knowledge and tools to provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and high standards of visual merchandising and cleanliness.
• Conduct regular health and safety risk assessments to maintain a secure environment for staff and customers.
• Recruit and develop talented staff to maintain a motivated, high-performing team.
• Develop and implement strategies to surpass sales targets and KPIs, while proactively reducing losses and protecting profitability.
