Role Overview

The Stock Associate for Under Armour is a full-time onsite position located in Nagpur. The primary responsibility involves handling all aspects of stock management such as receiving shipments, unpacking, organizing merchandise both in the stockroom and on the shop floor, and ensuring accurate labeling and storage of all Under Armour items. Additionally, this role involves replenishing shelves, assisting the sales team by promptly locating products, maintaining accurate inventory through regular counts, and keeping the stock area clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and unpack incoming stock shipments.
• Organize and label merchandise appropriately in the stockroom and on displays.
• Regularly restock shelves and maintain visual displays to ensure product availability.
• Support sales staff by quickly locating requested sizes or styles for customers.
• Carry out stock counts and inventory checks to uphold stock accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the backroom.
• Adhere to company procedures for handling deliveries, returns, and stock preparation for promotions and peak periods.
• Collaborate with store leadership to optimize merchandising and operational efficiency.

Candidate Qualifications

• Basic numerical skills and keen attention to detail for accurate stock counts and labeling.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and move merchandise and stand for prolonged periods.

• Dependability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude towards maintaining store standards.
• Previous experience in retail, warehousing, or stock handling is advantageous but not essential.
