Stock Administrator

Overview

Hermès, a distinguished high-quality object creator and seller since 1837, is seeking a Stock Administrator based in Singapore. This role entails managing warehouse inventory movements and ensuring accurate stock control in a luxury retail environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming and outgoing warehouse inventory activities including deliveries, transfers, returns, destocking, and display updates.
• Monitor inventory levels vigilantly and provide regular updates on product status, highlighting out-of-stock items or excess inventory.
• Oversee inventory controls such as cycle counts and general stock examinations; coordinate warehouse management tasks including cegid system movements, scanning processes, and resolving stock discrepancies.
• Assist with price tag changes ensuring complete accuracy across the merchandise.
• Compile and prepare detailed stock reports for management evaluation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in warehouse or stock administration within a comparable sector.
• Ability to work independently with keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Effective team participant with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient command of English language.
• Competent with personal computers, including MS Excel, Word, and typing skills.
