Job Overview
The organization is hiring a Steno Secretary in Mumbai to support senior leadership with secretarial, shorthand, typing, and document drafting work. The role calls for speed, accuracy, and the ability to stay effective under pressure and within tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce accurate shorthand notes in English at a strong speed and high precision.
- Type efficiently and handle time-sensitive work without compromising quality.
- Prepare letters, notes, and emails for Directors and Officers.
- Manage secretarial and administrative tasks as needed.
- Adapt quickly to new software tools and office applications.
Required Skills and Tools
- Strong English shorthand and stenography skills.
- Fast and accurate typing ability.
- Excellent written English for drafting professional correspondence.
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Comfort using cloud-based tools such as Dropbox or Google Drive.
