Specialist - ENT Surgeon

Overview

Nextenti Tech Private Limited is seeking a qualified Specialist ENT Surgeon to join their healthcare team in Doha, Qatar. The role involves diagnosing and treating disorders related to the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck through both clinical and surgical methods, ensuring comprehensive patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage diseases affecting the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck regions.
• Carry out ENT surgical procedures, including endoscopic and minimally invasive techniques, utilizing clinical expertise.
• Perform thorough patient evaluations, including clinical examinations and diagnostic assessments.
• Analyze audiological data, CT and MRI scan results, endoscopy findings, and other diagnostic reports.
• Oversee patient care before and after surgeries, ensuring optimal recovery.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and tailor individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Work collaboratively with anesthesiologists, audiologists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
• Keep detailed and accurate patient records while adhering to hospital policies and clinical guidelines.
• Provide patient education regarding treatment protocols, preventive care, and recovery processes following surgery.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess an MBBS degree along with MS or DNB specialization in ENT (Otorhinolaryngology).
• Have at least three years of experience post-specialization as an ENT Surgeon Specialist.
• Successfully cleared the Qatar Prometric Examination.
• Eligible for Qatar DataFlow verification and medical licensing procedures.
• Demonstrate strong clinical acumen and surgical skills in ENT-related procedures.
• Exhibit superior communication and interpersonal abilities, with effective patient management skills.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is considered advantageous.
