Sourcing Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a Sourcing Manager to join a leading company in the real estate industry based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new sourcing channels including brokers, IPCs, CPs, and corporate partnerships to generate qualified leads for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Discover and build relationships with new sourcing partners such as brokers, IPCs, CPs, and corporate tie-ups.
• Generate and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads for various real estate projects.
• Manage and nurture ongoing relationships with channel partners, ensuring consistent engagement and communication.
• Monitor sourcing performance metrics, lead funnel status, and conversion rates to optimize outcomes.
• Coordinate site visits and collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve deal closures.
• Maintain a focus on achieving targets and driving results effectively.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to network extensively.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Proven ability to track and analyze sourcing performance and sales metrics.
• Competence in organizing site visits and facilitating interactions with the sales team.
• Strong result-driven and target-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional interpersonal and networking capabilities.
• Graduate degree is required.

Additional Information

The position offers an annual salary range between 500,000 and 1,200,000 INR depending on experience and performance.
