Role Overview

We seek an innovative and motivated Social Media Manager to spearhead our English-language social media initiatives. The role involves expanding our audience, elevating brand visibility, and devising compelling content tailored for our target demographic across core platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement a content strategy for English-language social media channels such as X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Create, curate, and publish premium content including text posts, visual graphics, short videos, and campaign assets.
• Increase follower numbers and engagement rates by producing consistent, creative content.
• Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and business development teams to align social content with company objectives and campaign schedules.
• Monitor, analyze, and report social media metrics like follower growth, reach, engagement rates, and content efficacy.
• Oversee the social media content calendar to ensure timely and regular posts across all platforms.

Candidate Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in social media management or content creation.
• Excellent written English skills with the ability to produce engaging, brand-consistent content.
• Demonstrated success in growing social media audiences and enhancing brand awareness.
• Knowledgeable about content formats and platforms including X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Creative thinker with an eye for design, storytelling, and engaging diverse audiences.
• Competent in data analysis related to social media performance metrics.
• Ability to read Chinese is advantageous to adapt content from Chinese-language sources.
• Capable of independently handling multiple content projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in crypto, fintech, Web3, or financial services sectors.
• Familiarity with influencer collaborations for content amplification.
• Proficiency in design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Background in creating short-form video content.
