Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Social Media & Content Executive to join our successful ecommerce business. This role requires a motivated individual with a dance background, preferably classically trained, who can confidently create engaging content and manage social channels effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategically oversee and expand our social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Create compelling content such as short-form videos, coordinate with graphic designers, and plan photo shoots—confidence in front of the camera is essential.
• Manage daily post scheduling and audience engagement.
• Support influencer collaborations and partnerships to boost brand reach.
• Write SEO-driven blogs and website content, including product descriptions aligned with the brand voice.
• Analyze insights and metrics to enhance content performance.
• Contribute to the development of content strategy and brand voice guidelines.
• Assist in event support and organization alongside the campaign marketing manager.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum two years of social media planning and execution experience.
• Proven content creation skills with ecommerce content writing experience.
• Background in dance, ideally classically trained, to ensure relevant and authentic content.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and metrics.
• Highly organized, proactive, and enthusiastic with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Confident and personable demeanor, comfortable appearing on camera and communicating with influencers.

Benefits and Compensation

• Full-time permanent contract of 37.5 hours per week.
• Salary range between £28,000 and £30,000 per year.
