Site Engineer / Junior Project Manager

Role overview

Turnkey Renovations is hiring a proactive and detail-focused Site Engineer / Junior Project Manager for its Dubai Silicon Oasis location. This full-time position suits someone with hands-on site experience who is ready to expand into project coordination and client-facing responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and make sure work is carried out according to approved drawings.
• Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, site crews, and clients so the project progresses on schedule and in line with agreed terms.
• Keep track of project timelines and help ensure deadlines are achieved.
• Check technical drawings, spot inconsistencies or possible issues, and flag them to the team.
• Measure site conditions accurately and share all relevant site details with the team.
• Carry out quality inspections, with particular focus on finishing work.
• Monitor material deliveries and coordinate site logistics.
• Support project planning and progress updates.
• Make sure all activities comply with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Help prepare and revise work schedules, material needs, and resource plans.
• Inspect completed work and ensure defects or snags are corrected quickly.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, ideally with G+1 certification.
• At least 3 years of experience working as a Site Engineer in Dubai’s construction or renovation sector.
• Good knowledge of construction techniques, finishing standards, and Dubai building rules.
• Strong grasp of finishing works.
• Ability to read drawings and understand technical plans.
• Well-developed organisational and communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
• Comfortable using MS Office.
