Site Engineer

Overview

The Site Engineer will oversee daily technical and maintenance operations across multiple systems including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire and life safety, and civil infrastructure within the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage routine and breakdown maintenance activities to guarantee their prompt execution.
• Conduct regular inspections of common areas, plant rooms, terraces, basements, and civil structures.
• Liaise with vendors and contractors to coordinate maintenance, repairs, and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) tasks.
• Ensure effective operation of utilities such as DG sets, sewage treatment plants (STP), water treatment plants (WTP), pumps, lifts, and HVAC equipment.
• Supervise civil maintenance including masonry, painting, waterproofing, flooring, and structural repairs.
• Maintain adherence to safety protocols, statutory guidelines, and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Track energy and water usage and suggest measures for conservation.
• Respond to occupant complaints and ensure they are resolved efficiently.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records, checklists, logs, and asset registers.
• Support emergency responses to equipment breakdowns, fire alarms, water leaks, power outages, and similar incidents.
• Coordinate activities among housekeeping, security, and engineering teams to ensure smooth facility functioning.
• Compile and submit daily, weekly, and monthly technical reports for management review.
