About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals exhibiting outstanding work conduct to join our Site Leadership Program as Site Coordinators. In this position, you will be responsible for organizing and implementing site-based initiatives, events, and communications that align with the objectives of the Site Leadership Program. Your efforts will contribute to building a vibrant culture, community, and connection across ATO locations.
Key Responsibilities
You will work closely with your assigned site to gain an in-depth understanding of its priorities, employee requirements, and workplace environment. This knowledge will guide you in customizing program activities and communications to suit the distinctive features of your site, ensuring that initiatives are meaningful and engaging for employees. Effective coordination and strong collaboration with stakeholders will be key to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace atmosphere.
Additional Information
The role requires on-site presence for a minimum of three days weekly. These positions might be offered as ongoing or fixed-term roles and are available in several locations including Albury, Brisbane CBD, Melbourne CBD, Parramatta, Townsville, or Upper Mount Gravatt.
