About the Role

Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is Hydro’s shared-services function, responsible for supporting the wider group with IT, finance, and HR services that help business teams operate effectively.

Hydro is seeking a motivated and technically strong ServiceNow Consultant to support the ongoing maintenance, improvement, and development of its ServiceNow HR platform. The role focuses on enabling smooth business operations and driving continuous improvement across HR-related service delivery.

What You Will Do

• Build and tailor the ServiceNow HR module so it aligns with business requirements.
• Handle ServiceNow requests and incidents quickly and effectively.
• Apply established ServiceNow HR practices, including proper governance and documentation.
• Partner with HR and other stakeholders to gather requirements and turn them into working solutions.
• Improve workflows, automate recurring tasks, and strengthen overall platform performance.
• Keep the platform current by using best practices and adopting relevant new features.
• Take part in the twice-yearly upgrade cycle.
• Work with the wider team to deliver high-quality outputs and execute requirements effectively.

What You Need

• At least 2 years of experience with ServiceNow HR, ideally as a Consultant, Developer, or Administrator.
• ServiceNow HR certification is required.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and a collaborative approach.
• Comfort working on several tasks at once in a dynamic environment.
• Clear communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Good command of English.
