About the Company
Elixir Engineering specializes in the production of fire fighting instruments, providing critical safety equipment in the Mumbai and Pune regions.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) ensuring smooth execution and renewals.
- Lead, guide, and motivate a diverse team including Service Engineers, Fire Alarm Technicians, Pump Technicians, Fire Hydrant Technicians, Fire Officers, Fire Marshals, and external subcontractors.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships to bolster service satisfaction and retention.
- Drive AMC renewals actively and follow up on service quotations to optimize closure rates.
- Compile and present daily, weekly, and monthly service MIS (Management Information System) reports.
- Manage service operations across multiple sites in Mumbai and Pune efficiently.
Candidate Requirements
- Educational qualification: B.Tech or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Prior experience in managing multi-location field service teams and operations.
