Job description
Overview
The Service Lot Attendant position operates under the Fixed Operations Manager at a modern Lexus dealership located in South Winnipeg. This standalone facility features a 41,000-square-foot building with service facilities and can accommodate up to 250 vehicles on-site.
Role Summary
The incumbent supports dealership operations by managing the appearance and organization of the service lot. This involves general maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and orderly environment aimed at improving the customer experience. Working outdoors in all weather conditions is required. This role also serves as an excellent entry point to understand service operations within the automotive sector.
Key Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Proven ability to foster positive customer relationships and prioritize satisfaction
- Ability to work well within a supportive team atmosphere
- Previous experience in automotive sales or service is advantageous
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute to work
