Position Summary
The Service Lot Attendant at Acura of Langley is vital in delivering outstanding customer experiences by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and impeccable presentation of dealership vehicles and lot areas. This role supports the Service Department by preparing vehicles for delivery, assisting with vehicle movement, and ensuring the overall dealership grounds are clean, safe, and ready for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain all vehicles in a clean, attractive, and delivery-ready condition.
- Support exceptional customer experiences through high standards of vehicle presentation.
- Regularly start vehicles to prevent battery drainage; check and recharge batteries when necessary.
- Keep the vehicle inventory lot orderly and well-organized.
- Clean service areas by removing trash and debris from vehicles and workspaces.
- Ensure the delivery area remains tidy and free from obstructions.
- Organize and store supplies properly at shift end.
- In winter, clear snow and ice from vehicles, doorways, and walkways to ensure safety.
- Complete any additional tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Valid British Columbia Driver’s License.
- Capability to provide a current ICBC driving record upon request.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team.
- Safe operation of assigned vehicles and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with commitment to quality standards.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
Compensation
The hourly wage for this role is $18.50.
