About the Role

At Camp Australia, our mission centers on nurturing children's development through before and after school, as well as holiday care programs. Located in Novar Gardens, South Australia, this role involves leading a dedicated team of educators to foster a secure, friendly environment where primary school-aged children can unwind, enjoy themselves, and thrive.

Key Duties

You will be responsible for crafting and maintaining a compliant and stimulating program, organizing a variety of engaging daily activities tailored for primary-aged children. The role also includes preparing and providing nutritious snacks and cultivating meaningful connections with children, their families, and the local school community.

Candidate Profile

  • Energetic and engaging with excellent abilities in forming meaningful relationships with children and their families.
  • Holder of a diploma or equivalent qualification in childcare-related studies.
  • Possession of, or willingness to obtain, a valid Working with Children Check.
  • Certified or willing to obtain First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma qualifications.
  • Available to work split shifts weekdays from 7:00 am to 9:00 am and 2:45 pm to 6:00 pm.
  • Valid or willing to obtain Child Protection training Certificate - Rrhan and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
  • Commitment to national standards with the National Child Safety Training certificate or readiness to complete it.
