About the Role

The Ads Product Marketing Strategy & Operations team is crucial in aligning Ads Product Marketing with market needs. Positioned centrally, this team bridges seller insights and product roadmaps, ensuring go-to-market strategies meet advertiser and customer expectations.

As the Inbound Program Manager, you will architect and maintain systems for capturing, synthesizing, and acting on field intelligence across Ads Product Marketing. You will design programs and workflows that convert diverse seller and customer feedback into structured inputs influencing product strategy, messaging, and enablement priorities.

This role entails partnering closely with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, and Strategy & Operations teams to create listening programs, manage feedback cycles, and empower Ads PMMs to derive actionable insights that enhance product quality and market fit. You will provide sellers and advertisers with transparent channels to shape our product development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Voice of Sales program entirely: devise and operate structured methods to continuously gather, categorize, and distill insights from Sales and client-facing teams.
  • Develop and oversee Voice of Customer infrastructure with repeatable procedures to capture advertiser and customer signals, routing them effectively to relevant PMM and Product partners.
  • Convert field and customer insights into actionable outputs by managing regular reporting and synthesis to assist PMMs and PMs act upon the information.
  • Ensure the Sales organization receives prompt and clear feedback on how their input shapes roadmap choices, messaging strategies, and enablement initiatives.
  • Create scalable internal tools such as AI-enhanced workflows, standardized intake forms, tagging frameworks, dashboards, and knowledge bases to minimize manual effort and improve data quality.

Requirements

  • Over 8 years of experience in program management, product marketing operations, or similar roles, ideally within product-driven or go-to-market settings.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven track record in designing and managing structured feedback and listening programs like Voice of Customer, Voice of Sales, win/loss analyses, or field advisory groups, handling full lifecycle from collection to insight delivery.
  • Expertise in building internal tools and workflows, including AI-assisted systems, standardized intake and tagging models, dashboards, and knowledge repositories facilitating cross-team insight sharing.
  • Strong collaboration ability with Product Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to foster alignment and influence product roadmap and marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional skills in synthesizing qualitative and quantitative field data into clear, impactful narratives and reports tailored to various audiences from individual contributors to leadership.
  • Experience establishing and maintaining recurring reporting frameworks.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and skilled in developing scalable processes and reliable data sources in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Proficiency with diverse tools such as project management software, survey platforms, knowledge bases, dashboards, and presentation applications, with the agility to learn internal systems quickly.
  • Practical experience using AI-powered tools in everyday tasks and content creation.
  • Additional advantage: experience supporting product marketing teams and working with globally dispersed sales organizations.
