About the Role
The Senior Manager of Partnership Operations is tasked with overseeing the entire lifecycle of partnership launches across the Asia Pacific region, excluding China. Reporting to the Vice President of Loyalty and Partnership, this position is based in Singapore and focuses on resolving operational obstacles within strategic partnerships. This role requires a proactive, analytical, and creative leader who can handle complex projects and interact effectively with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project charters and timelines outlining milestones and key activities.
- Organize and lead meetings with clear objectives and actionable outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with deployment teams to monitor project progress effectively.
- Establish measurable success criteria for each project to ensure goals are met.
- Act as the primary contact for addressing core partnership process challenges, including fraud prevention, technical errors, and accounting concerns.
- Engage and manage relationships with c-suite stakeholders, demonstrating emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and understanding of implicit needs.
- Maintain professional and mature communication while proactively following up on key workstreams.
- Create clear and impactful presentations and communications using principles of effective design.
- Develop simple dashboards to report on initiative progress and synthesize quantitative data to extract insights.
- Manage project expenditures against budgets and monitor financial performance.
- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure deliverables align with strategic business objectives.
- Coordinate meetings and calls to support overarching project initiatives across multiple time zones and countries.
Candidate Profile
- Holds at least a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Possesses 8 to 10 years of professional experience in management consulting, operations, business analysis, project management, or related disciplines.
- Prior involvement with loyalty programs and card business projects is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Access, SQL, and VBA is preferred.
