Senior Graphic Designer

Overview

HOOH Creative Agency is seeking a seasoned Senior Graphic Designer skilled in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) market, with expertise in utilizing AI-powered design software. This role requires a visionary who can translate concepts into compelling visuals and oversee projects from ideation through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive creative projects end-to-end across platforms including digital, print, and branding.
• Create brand identities, marketing initiatives, and digital content customized for the Gulf region.
• Leverage AI design applications such as MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, and Runway to augment creative productivity.
• Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to maintain brand uniformity.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to junior designers to foster growth and quality output.
• Continuously monitor international design trends and tailor them to align with GCC cultural nuances.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in graphic design, including at least 1 year within the GCC market.
• Robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, advertising, and digital media design.
• Advanced mastery of Adobe Creative Suite tools, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Practical experience with AI-based design software.
• Strong foundation in branding principles, typography, and the art of visual storytelling.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Capable of juggling multiple assignments and meeting stringent deadlines.

Additional Preferences

• Knowledge of motion graphics is advantageous.
• Understanding of marketing tactics specific to the Gulf region is beneficial.

Position Specifics

The position is full-time and based on-site at Zahraa Maadi, Queensland, Australia.
