Position Overview

This role, representing our partner company based in Germany, calls for a Senior Frontend Engineer with React expertise to craft cutting-edge, high-efficiency frontend solutions for a global software ecosystem. The focus is on supporting mobile-first international businesses through advanced UI technologies, real-time data handling, and AI-driven functionalities. The candidate will spearhead frontend architecture, collaborate with backend and product teams, and help shape product strategy while delivering scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create contemporary dashboard UIs utilizing React and TypeScript to ensure user-friendly and scalable interfaces.
• Develop sophisticated frontend components integrating canvas-based workflows and generative AI-powered features.
• Synchronize frontend applications with asynchronous backend systems, including real-time communication technologies like WebSockets.
• Enhance performance in complex, media-rich, and interactive interfaces.
• Influence user experience and product strategies through deep technical insight and user-centric approaches beyond coding responsibilities.
• Design and maintain robust data interfaces and coordinate effectively with backend teams.
• Implement advanced frontend interactions such as drag-and-drop, undo/redo operations, and live previews.
• Work collaboratively with distributed global teams in a remote-first setup towards unified product goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Over 5 years of professional frontend development experience, specifically with complex, interactive applications.
• Strong proficiency with React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Demonstrated experience in building dashboards and data-intensive user interfaces.
• Experience with modern frontend libraries including TanStack.
• Expertise in scalable state management tools like Zustand and TanStack Query.
• Skilled in implementing complex UI interactions: drag-and-drop, undo/redo, and real-time updates.
• Self-driven with capability to own technical decisions and collaborate across teams.
• Strong product orientation balancing technical quality with excellent user experience.
• Additional plus: experience with canvas/WebGL (e.g., React Flow) and familiarity with LLM-based UX, generative AI products, image-heavy app optimization, Zod, or marketing tech platforms.
