Senior Executive - Civil Engineering

Job Description

• Oversee adherence to cGMP, GxP, along with all relevant regulatory and Environmental Health & Safety standards on site.
• Complete self-directed training and ensure team members are trained on pertinent Standard Operating Procedures.
• Promptly escalate any quality issues or improvement suggestions to management.
• Manage and carry out all operational activities in line with established SOPs.
• Supervise the civil maintenance activities within the plant premises.
• Create necessary architectural and engineering drawings related to the plant infrastructure.
• Develop GMP documentation such as SOPs to maintain compliance standards.
• Lead capital expenditure negotiations with external vendors, prepare comparison statements, and submit Capital Expenditure Requests (CERs).
• Initiate purchase requests for both civil materials and capital assets.
• Follow-up with contractors and service providers regarding civil maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate Annual Maintenance Contract services including cleaning and plumbing operations.
• Oversee and execute project-related activities within the plant.
• Engage in quality management processes including managing change control, handling deviations, addressing market complaints, managing out-of-specification cases, conducting quality risk assessments, and participating in investigations.

Work Experience

The role requires individuals to have between 8 to 12 years of professional experience.

Education

Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Technology degree in Civil Engineering.
