Senior Estimator - Interior Fit-Out

Overview

Grand Crest Interior Decoration L.L.C. is seeking a highly qualified Senior Estimator experienced in the UAE interior fit-out sector. This role involves either assisting the Commercial Manager or independently managing commercial operations and project finalization. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional understanding of the UAE fit-out market, excel in producing rapid and precise estimates under demanding conditions, and demonstrate strong commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• At least 8 years of professional experience within the UAE interior fit-out industry is mandatory.
• Expertise in handling pre-contract and post-contract processes, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), quotations, and applying value engineering principles.
• Capable of collaborating with the sales team to develop commercially compelling proposals that facilitate job closures.
• Confident in client-facing roles with excellent communication skills.
• Proven stability in previous roles, having spent a minimum of 3 to 4 years with each employer to avoid frequent job changes.
• Adept at working swiftly and accurately in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong team player who takes full ownership and accountability of responsibilities.
