About The Role
The Senior Account Executive is essential to Durabuilt's revenue advancement by balancing new market growth with strategic management of key accounts. This dynamic role demands a candidate who can both uncover new business opportunities and maintain enduring relationships with high-value clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Devote half of your efforts to discovering and pursuing fresh market avenues in collaboration with Regional Sales Managers, focusing on builders, designers, architects, and developers.
- Establish and foster executive-level relationships with top builders and multi-family developers through consultative selling and joint business reviews.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams such as Marketing, Scheduling, and Installation to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Lead contract negotiations, draft proposals for executives, and ensure all agreements comply with company standards.
- Represent Durabuilt at industry events, trade shows, and professional gatherings to enhance brand awareness.
Candidate Qualifications
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or relevant equivalent experience.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in B2B account management or enterprise sales, preferably within construction, building materials, or related fields.
- A track record of success managing significant accounts and influencing top-level stakeholders.
- Technical knowledge of windows, doors, and glazing products is advantageous.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Strong business understanding and financial literacy.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
