Job Overview
We are seeking a Security Guard to oversee and manage security personnel at client locations within the Delhi-NCR area. This role involves supervising guards, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and maintaining operational standards in line with statutory and company regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate security guards and other staff assigned to client sites.
- Regularly inspect sites to verify that security measures are being followed correctly.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand and meet their security requirements effectively.
- Create duty rosters, allocate shifts, and track attendance of security teams.
- Conduct incident investigations, document findings, and suggest necessary corrective steps.
- Ensure full compliance with legal and organizational policies related to security.
- Deliver training, offer guidance, and encourage security personnel to improve performance.
- Work alongside law enforcement agencies and emergency responders when situations demand.
- Maintain detailed operational records, logs, and performance data of security activities.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management regarding site security performance and any challenges encountered.
Additional Information
The monthly salary offered for this position ranges from INR 13,000 to INR 20,000.
