Role overview

For the Technical Existing Asset Management division, the company is looking for a carpenter to join the in-house operations team as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of carpentry tasks across the company’s residential property portfolio.

Profile

• Completed vocational training as a carpenter.
• Several years of professional experience in the trade.
• Valid driving licence category B.

What the employer offers

Employment is covered by the collective agreement for the housing and real estate industry. The package includes 30 days of annual leave, a 37-hour working week, and a strong benefits package with employer-funded occupational pension and health insurance, flexible working hours, special payments, capital-forming benefits, and a Germany ticket as a job ticket. The starting salary is approximately EUR 43,000 to EUR 48,000 per year.
