Scheduler - Data Center

About the Role

Metric DCX, collaborating with a leading Owners-Representative, is expanding their Scheduling team nationally. This role involves supporting the delivery of substantial data center and mission-critical construction projects by creating, updating, and analyzing comprehensive project schedules. The position demands expertise throughout the project lifecycle, emphasizing large-scale hyperscale Data Center environments.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules to ensure timely execution of construction phases.
• Apply advanced scheduling techniques including Critical Path Method (CPM), baseline management, progress measurement, schedule forecasting, and delay analysis.
• Create executive-level schedule reports, dashboards, and status updates for clients and senior leadership.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a client-facing consultancy role, ensuring seamless communication.
• Possess a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Have at least five years of experience in scheduling or project controls within data center, mission-critical, industrial, or significant commercial construction projects.
• Demonstrate advanced skills in Primavera P6; familiarity with Microsoft Project is advantageous.
• Understand construction sequencing, procurement, commissioning, and turnover relevant to mission-critical facilities.
• Professional certifications such as PSP, PMP, or equivalents are valuable assets.
