Role overview

This position is for an SAP Associate focused on Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) support within a round-the-clock operations team. The role centers on application support, problem solving, and ongoing improvements for SAP EWM environments. It is well suited to early-career SAP professionals who want to grow their experience in support operations and are comfortable with a rotating permanent shift setup.

Work schedule

The team operates 24/7. The selected candidate must be available for a permanent shift pattern, either mid shift or night shift, across a 5-day workweek based on rostered scheduling from Monday to Sunday. Weekend and public holiday coverage will be required as per business needs. The first 2 months will be spent in daytime on-the-job training before moving into the assigned operational shift.

Key responsibilities

• Handle first- and second-line support for SAP EWM, including incident handling, service requests, and end-user assistance.
• Monitor systems, investigate issues, perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and work with functional and technical teams to close application problems.
• Assist with SAP changes, enhancements, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement activities.
• Work closely with business users and SAP stakeholders to help keep warehouse processes stable and efficient.
• Take part in shift handovers, operational updates, and compliance with agreed service level targets.

Qualifications and requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in SAP application support, ERP support, or IT systems support; fresh graduates with relevant SAP internship or project exposure are also welcome.
• Prior exposure to warehouse management, logistics, manufacturing, retail, supply chain, or distribution operations is an advantage.
• Must be willing to work permanent shifts, including mid shift or night shift, weekends, and public holidays based on operational requirements.

Skills and technical knowledge

• Basic working knowledge of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), SAP WM, or related SAP logistics modules such as MM, SM, or PM.
• Understanding of SAP support workflows, incident handling, troubleshooting, testing, and user support.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving ability in a 24/7 support setting.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, SAP SD, or other supply chain modules is beneficial.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, RF devices, barcode scanning, or logistics processes is advantageous.
