SAP Account Manager

Job Overview

This full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requires a seasoned SAP Account Manager to lead strategic client engagement and SAP solution delivery across the KSA and Middle East region. The role involves driving business growth by leveraging advanced SAP offerings, including RISE with SAP, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, SAP BTP, analytics, and AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Function as the main contact for strategic SAP clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering trust.
• Manage SAP project delivery stages from strategy through implementation and support, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Develop and sustain long-term client relationships with opportunities to upsell and cross-sell SAP solutions.
• Work closely with delivery teams to resolve client issues and align solutions with business objectives.
• Maintain compliance with contracts and focus on driving renewals emphasizing value creation.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand SAP offerings within the region.
• Champion next-generation SAP products to clients, leading proposal development and strategic discussions.
• Collaborate with internal sales, presales, and delivery teams to deliver value-oriented presentations and proposals.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance service offerings and broaden market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
• A Master's degree is preferred.
