Sales & Style Consultant

Job Purpose

Deliver a vibrant and complete shopping experience that merges fashion sense with meeting visual needs. Represent the brand as an active ambassador across the branch network. Lead sales of international brands and exclusive company collections. Uphold exceptional standards in customer service, care, and operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide appearance and vision consultations by assisting customers selecting frames and lenses suitable for face shape, lifestyle, and prescriptions.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while applying cross-selling techniques to maximize revenue.
• Accurately input sales data and invoices using POS systems and ERP software.
• Enhance customer experience through implementing satisfaction programs and encouraging completion of post-purchase surveys linked to invoices, fostering customer loyalty and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Previous experience in retail sales or the optical sector preferred.
• Passion for fashion and medical products.
• Dynamic and personable character.
• Excellent skills in persuasion, negotiation, and communication.
• Proficiency with modern electronic sales systems.
