This role focuses on managing daily sales transactions and payment processing for a real estate company in Dubai. The executive ensures that customer payments are handled efficiently and accurately, supporting various financial and administrative processes.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage daily walk-in customer transactions, ensuring efficient service delivery.
  • Handle all types of incoming payments such as cash, checks, and electronic transfers related to property sales, installment plans, and fees including NOC, late payment, RERA, and title deed charges.
  • Verify payment accuracy and update customer accounts accordingly.
  • Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verifications using official systems and maintain detailed documentation.
  • Perform daily payment reconciliation, prepare and post receipts, and resolve discrepancies as they occur.
  • Manage large volumes of cash and provide regular reports on cash and banking activities.
  • Keep accurate records for postdated and security deposit checks, ensuring secure storage and tracking.
  • Prepare and submit deposit slips and ensure timely delivery to finance for banking.
  • Assist with sales report preparation, tracking payment status, and updating CRM data.
  • Operate POS systems across multiple projects to process and track transactions accurately.
  • Generate comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports on sales, payments, and outstanding balances for management review.
  • Perform account reconciliations to guarantee accurate recording of sales and payments.
  • Oversee daily cashiering and sales operations to coordinate effectively between sales, finance, and project management teams.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree or have completed Intermediate Institute education.
  • Have between 1 to 3 years of experience in sales administrative operations.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is required.
