About Three Wishes
Three Wishes is a healthier cereal brand dedicated to transforming the breakfast aisle by reducing sugar, increasing protein, and enhancing flavor. Founded by parents Margaret and Ian Wishingrad to provide a nutritious yet delicious cereal alternative, the brand is now available nationwide at stores such as Whole Foods, Kroger, Sprouts, Wegmans, Walmart, Target, and Amazon.
Role Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable project-management professional to serve as the key support for our sales team. This role involves ensuring smooth coordination of promotions, product launches, and data management across brokers, distributors, and retail partners.
Responsibilities
- Oversee promotional planning by managing promotional calendars and trade systems for customers; track deadlines, analyze point-of-sale and shipment data to inform future planning, and prepare retailer reviews and sales meetings.
- Manage the setup of new items, SKUs, and packaging changes across various teams and retailer portals, including tasks such as UPCs, specifications, pricing, images, authorization, launch timing, and early risk identification.
- Maintain sales forecasts, pricing lists, promotional calendars, monitor orders, pacing, and stock availability; produce regular and on-demand sales reports; ensure data integrity across systems.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by coordinating deadlines and aligning efforts between Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams; address invoice issues and resolve deductions with Finance; manage sell sheets and retail materials with Marketing.
- Act as the daily liaison for assigned retailers and brokers, keeping presentations, sell sheets, and account standard operating procedures updated; organize product samples, displays, and trade show logistics.
Candidate Profile
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales support, account coordination, or operations, preferably in the consumer packaged goods sector, particularly food and beverage.
- Highly proficient with retailer portals, distributor platforms, and Excel, including advanced functions like pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency in data and workflows.
- Proactive and self-starting, with the ability to identify operational issues and take initiative to resolve them.
