Role Overview

This field-based Sales Officer role focuses on generating leads, building local sourcing networks, and promoting the company’s housing finance and loan offerings within the assigned market.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral channels with officials from town planning and panchayat offices.
• Develop relationships with small builders, contractors, civil engineers, planners, and draftsmen.
• Engage with hardware stores and dealers dealing in building and construction materials such as cement, steel, aggregates, and sand.
• Network with local masons, petty contractors, real estate and land developers, real estate brokers, and sub-registrar office officials.
• Promote the company and its schemes across commercial, industrial, educational, service, and market locations in the assigned area.
• Organize activities and events at relevant business premises to increase awareness and generate leads.
• Distribute brochures, pamphlets, and other promotional material at identified establishments.
• Connect with trader associations, professional associations, and similar groups to support brand promotion and collect member lists for campaigns.
• Identify active construction projects through open market and direct market sourcing.
• Work with the Cluster Manager to ensure accurate appraisal of proposals, completion of pre-sanction documentation, communication of approval, and collection of the processing fee from the customer.
• Review business trends and target performance to help shape new sales strategies.
