The organization delivers expert-guided, technology-supported services in negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and related offerings. Its board includes retired judges, an advocate, IAS leadership, and an ex-managing director of a bank.
Role Overview
The Sales Development Representative will focus on identifying potential customers, qualifying opportunities, and supporting the sales process from first contact through pipeline creation.
Key Responsibilities
You will use outreach methods such as cold calling, email communication, and social selling to discover and qualify prospects. The role also involves building and managing sales pipelines, arranging product demonstrations, keeping CRM data accurate and up to date, understanding customer requirements, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to contribute to revenue targets.

This opportunity is open to any graduate.
Compensation
The stated pay range is INR 1,25,000 to INR 3,00,000 per year.
