Join Our Mission
Embark on your professional journey with IU International University of Applied Sciences and contribute to making education accessible to everyone. We seek to expand our B2B acquisition team immediately on a full-time basis (40 hours/week) as a Sales Development Representative specializing in cold calling and lead generation. This is a fixed-term position for two years, available either at one of our offices or entirely remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold outreach to actively attract business partners across multiple channels and platforms for our dual studies program.
- Transform prospective leads into successful contracts with a strong emphasis on performance and closing deals.
- Develop and maintain long-term business relationships by delivering exceptional advisory services, including with past practice partners.
- Engage in a dynamic and agile work environment with varied and enriching tasks.
- Operate using clear KPIs and targets such as daily cold calls, weekly goals, and closing rates.
Candidate Profile
- Proven sales professional with approximately 2 years of experience; preferably skilled in cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B inside sales and understanding of complex product sales.
- Driven and resilient with a structured, independent work approach, excelling in goal-oriented sales and high volume activity.
- Enthusiastic about initiating contact and self-motivated, undeterred by rejection.
- Comfortable working with KPIs and CRM platforms like Salesforce and Twilio.
- Reliable, well-organized team player who remains calm under pressure.
- Holds a completed vocational training or university degree and possesses fluent German communication skills.
