Role Overview

What You Will Do

  • Build pipeline through proactive outreach using phone, email, LinkedIn, and events.
  • Screen inbound and outbound leads to identify promising opportunities for the sales team.
  • Arrange strong-quality meetings for Account Executives to help drive revenue.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales on messaging, campaigns, and target-account planning.
  • Keep improving outreach methods based on feedback, performance data, and outcomes.

In the first 3 months, you will complete structured onboarding, become comfortable with the Hoxhunt value proposition, and begin having effective conversations with senior security stakeholders while generating a reliable flow of qualified meetings.

By month 6, you are expected to consistently meet pipeline goals, handle complex enterprise accounts with confidence, and work closely with your Account Executives across the region.

  • 1 to 3 years of outbound B2B sales or SDR experience, preferably in SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology, with a strong record of meeting or exceeding targets.
