Sales Coordinator

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should be dynamic, energetic, and proactive, holding at least a graduate degree. Experience in telecalling is preferred but freshers with calling or telesales exposure can also apply. Female candidates are favored. A smartphone is mandatory. Candidates must possess a soft, polite tone and excellent persuasion skills. The work schedule consists of 6 days per week.

Job Responsibilities

• Comprehend customer requirements effectively.
• Communicate product details, including features and benefits, to customers.
• Generate leads and engage in both B2B and B2C marketing activities.
• Conclude sales by providing appropriate solutions ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Build and nurture contacts with potential clients to explore new business opportunities.
• Prepare and dispatch quotations to customers promptly.
• Follow up on inquiries, orders, and payments diligently.
• Manage sales order processing and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounting departments for smooth operations.
• Respond to customer calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
• Track order progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to guarantee seamless order execution and customer contentment.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and persuading capabilities with prior calling experience.
• Strong target-oriented approach.
• Previous experience in the packaging industry is advantageous.
• Good listening abilities and patience.
