Job Overview
Weber Magnetics is seeking a Sales Coordinator based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, to support and drive the sales process efficiently.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients by researching online resources.
- Initiate initial contact through telephone calls to prospects.
- Schedule appointments with prospective customers for the sales team.
- Monitor sales leads and maintain updates on status, coordinating with field sales personnel.
Language and Technical Requirements
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada is essential; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- Fundamental computer skills are required to perform daily tasks effectively.
Compensation Details
The monthly salary ranges from INR 20,000 to 31,000, with the possibility of performance-based incentives ranging from 0% up to 300% of the base pay.
