Job Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and world-class service daily. Your responsibilities will include educating customers about our products, supporting in-store promotions and events, and aiding the store team in meeting company objectives. This role also offers the chance to grow alongside talented colleagues and partners within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary service to customers using Crocs' C.H.A.R.M. model.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team atmosphere encouraging open communication of ideas and feedback.
• Gain knowledge and assist across various departments such as customer service, product placement, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
• Help execute daily retail functions including operating the Point of Sale system, restocking merchandise, applying pricing and markdowns, promoting loyalty programs, and maintaining store cleanliness and standards.
• Lead by example, partnering with store management to enhance personal sales performance through effective sales techniques.
• Comply with Crocs' Asset Protection policies encompassing shortage prevention, inventory control, and adherence to compliance guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Education level of O Level or higher.
• 1 to 2 years of prior work experience, preferably in retail.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Availability to work on a rotating shift basis including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, and familiarity with retail Point of Sale systems.
• A strong motivation to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced retail setting.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $11.44 to $13.17 per hour. Compensation varies with geographic location and will meet or exceed local minimum wage requirements.
