About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Assistant to join the team at Monaghan's Centra, Seamus Quirke Road, Galway. The primary goal of this position is to ensure customer satisfaction remains the top priority by engaging with customers with pride, enthusiasm, and expert knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Embody Centra's brand values: Proud, Energetic, Imaginative, and Community-Based.
- Maintain a positive attitude, taking ownership to provide customers with an outstanding shopping experience.
- Efficiently and professionally address all customer inquiries following store policies.
- Keep merchandise shelves organized and ensure the entire store is maintained to the highest presentation standards.
- Adopt and support new initiatives and innovative methods of work.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent verbal communication abilities.
- Skilled at engaging and prioritizing customers' needs effectively.
- Highly attentive to detail, organized, and adaptable to changing demands.
- Capable of working independently while also collaborating as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- A customer-focused mindset.
- Previous experience in customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.
