Sales and Marketing Executive - Solar Energy

About the Role

M K Green Energy, located in Surat, Gujarat, is seeking a dynamic and energetic Sales Executive to enhance their expanding solar energy sales team. This role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting solar energy solutions effectively.

Primary Responsibilities

• Identify and generate fresh leads and potential customers interested in solar projects.
• Conduct visits to residential and commercial clients to assess their requirements.
• Provide comprehensive explanations regarding solar systems, pricing, government subsidies, savings, and benefits to customers.
• Prepare detailed quotations for clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Convert prospects into confirmed sales orders while meeting monthly sales goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Collaborate with installation and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain daily records of sales activities and customer follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent communication and persuasive abilities.
• Preferred experience in sales or field sales; prior solar industry experience is advantageous.
• Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is preferred.
• Basic proficiency with mobile applications such as WhatsApp.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Compensation and Incentives

The role offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹30,000, supplemented by attractive performance-based incentives.
