Overview
Join Honeywell in Singapore as a Sales Analytics Specialist and contribute to impactful projects by collaborating with diverse, innovative teams in a dynamic performance-driven culture. This role combines strong analytical expertise with stakeholder engagement to drive sales strategies and business analytics for large-scale projects, particularly within high-security settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with major sales campaigns, bids, and strategic pursuits by evaluating opportunities, shaping positioning, and devising deal strategies.
- Perform market research and competitive assessments to recognize trends, potential risks, and areas for growth.
- Facilitate Management Operating System (MOS) reviews, sales strategy planning sessions, and leadership briefings.
- Collaborate with sales and strategy leadership to grasp client needs, develop account strategies, and aid in long-term engagement planning.
- Lead structured problem-solving initiatives and strategic dialogue with internal teams.
- Attend customer and internal meetings to gain insights into overarching business and strategic aims.
- Prepare for meetings diligently, ensure internal consensus, and conduct comprehensive follow-ups.
- Coordinate with cross-functional leaders including sales, engineering, finance, operations, and sustainability within a matrix organization.
- Convert client feedback and strategic discussions into clear, actionable requirements supporting negotiations.
- Manage multiple concurrent cross-functional projects using rigorous project management practices such as planning, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
- Engage proactively with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors to address issues and reduce escalation risks.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to develop business cases, perform commercial and scenario analyses, and design customer engagement roadmaps.
- Demonstrate comfort in navigating ambiguous situations and structuring complex, ill-defined problems.
- Support or lead design thinking and structured problem-solving workshops when applicable.
- Produce clear, executive-level reports and presentations translating complex analyses effectively.
- Synthesize diverse stakeholder inputs into coherent strategic recommendations.
- Communicate adaptably across various functions, locations, and organizational levels.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years experience in management consulting, strategy, corporate development, commercial strategy, or sales strategy roles.
- Experience aiding large, complex deal processes or transformational initiatives is preferred.
- Background in B2B, industrial, technology, or solution-oriented environments is advantageous.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven approaches to identify root causes and implement practical solutions.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and commitment to meeting deadlines with transparency and integrity.
- Comfort working in a meritocratic, performance-oriented culture within matrix structures and data-driven environments.
- Excellent proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel for analysis, modeling, and executive presentations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales pipeline tools, or analytics platforms is beneficial.
